Foreign Purchasing Staff

Job Description:

• Lead the negotiation, execution, and signing of purchase contracts in compliance with company policies, ensuring benefits and favorable terms for the organization.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering partnerships and expanding the market through collaboration with international partners.

• Represent company leadership in communication and negotiation with customers and partners.

• Manage and oversee deposit payment processes in accordance with the terms outlined in signed contracts.

• Compile and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation.

• Monitor and track the production and delivery progress of orders, ensuring timely shipments and coordinating logistics for product delivery to ports and warehouses.

• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to defective or surplus goods.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with new partners and suppliers, sourcing products that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Foreign Economic Relations, International Trade, International Business, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in international business and trade operations.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English or Chinese (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.

• Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proven ability in negotiation and conflict resolution.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
